Spiritual Overview of the Consciousness of the Citizens of the United States

 Scholars in various fields try to find answers pertaining to reality—in the sciences, psychology, sociology, philosophy, and even politics. Usually missing from the equation in these perspectives is the spiritual aspect. For example, we cannot just divide America into two parties (Republicans and Democrats) with elements of the Green Party and Libertarians. We cannot just speak of liberal and conservative views. There are many spiritual questions that need to be answered in relation to what determines how people think and why. The re-election of George W. Bush is said to be an election based upon moral values. However, the question of morality should be quite expansive. It is not so easily just black and white, as many millions of souls think it is. Many who opposed the re-election of President Bush attacked his policies as being immoral, while, ironically, the very ones who put and kept him in office voted for him based on his morality. Confusing, isn't it? Where does the truth lie?
         What is missing in most of the theories as to why a politician is elected by the general population is the mindal and spiritual consciousness of the majority of voters. According to The URANTIA Book there are seven psychic circles, which are progressive consciousness levels based on coordination of intellectual and spiritual understanding. If you believe in the concept of reincarnation for instance, then you would have to believe that there are younger souls and older souls, with older souls having more life experience, thus the potential for more advanced realization of circumstantial reality.
         The continuation of the epochal revelation of The URANTIA Book, The Cosmic Family, Volume I, introduces the concept of repersonalization—a higher understanding of reincarnation. The Cosmic Family, Volume I teaches that the majority of the people on Urantia (Earth) are first-light souls, brand new souls. It further teaches that there are approximately 700 million souls who have lived on this planet several times before, and their soul origin is actually not of this universe but of another one.1 It is understood by the student of Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation (presented in The Cosmic Family volumes) that most of the souls who voted for President Bush are brand new souls and that Bush himself is a brand new soul.
         Many doubt that George W. Bush has a true experience with God, yet he was put into office by those others who do believe that he truly does have a connection with God and was the better choice for a president with higher morality. One of the "moral issues" of this past election centered on same-sex marriages and whether homosexuality is moral or not. Common sense should tell us that if same-sex marriage was the norm, the human race would have died out a long time ago, as it takes a male and female to procreate. However, in some situations two human beings of the same gender who have a wonderful relationship with each other would seem to be in a higher relationship than two individuals who are in a heterosexual relationship with no commonality between them. What makes a marriage in the first place? A piece of paper? Perhaps the whole question of what marriage is needs to be reexamined, not just same-sex marriages, but all types of marriages.
         Another moral issue that was considered pivotal in the elections was abortion. The rightness or wrongness of abortion is so black and white for many who do not consider deeper, spiritual considerations. If the soul is the eternal aspect of who we are, then how can the soul be destroyed in abortion? When is the soul put into the mother's womb? At conception? Any time during the nine-month period? The URANTIA Book teaches that if you have never lived before (which the majority of people on this planet have not), then you are a soul-becoming, and you don't actually become a soul until you first receive the Thought Adjuster from the Paradise Father, a fragment of God within you, as you begin to make your first moral choices between right and wrong, usually at around the age of six or seven. In relation to starseed (souls who have repersonalized on Earth before), Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation teaches that the spiritual ascension of the parents determines what soul will be brought through the mother. The genetics of both parents also help to determine the quality of the starseed soul that can be brought through. These are some beginning concepts to challenge your mind, because morality often is not so black and white, not so absolute. There are many levels of nonabsoluteness or relativity in which higher ascended spiritual seekers begin to understand as they themselves seek higher truth.

Confined or Expansive Reality

         Many first-light souls (new souls) on this planet often become fundamentalists in every religion. Their thinking is more absolute, more linear. They have very strong convictions in their faith and, unfortunately, can become blinded by their obstinacy to look at the views of others or understand continued revelation from God. They stand behind their scriptures, that sometimes were written thousands of years ago, and are not open to continuing spiritual revelation from God. When new souls get into positions of leadership in corporations and governments, they can influence millions with parochialism because those millions also are closed to expansive views of spiritual reality. So no new higher meanings can be discovered by those millions. Because the majority of souls on the planet are new souls and usually find it easier to be put into positions of power (because the majority of people would follow their more linear and narrow philosophies and mandates), the minority millions (who are starseed) are subjected to the rule of the majority over them. These starseed usually find it difficult to implement their higher ideals in science, art, architecture, and, of course, politics. Often many starseed souls have a difficult time getting through the educational system, and by the time they are in college (if they make it to college), they usually drop out because they can't deal with the limitations and pedantic, tunnel-vision views that dominate the educational institutions and corporations they are supposed to eventually work for.
         Many of these millions of starseed find themselves also falling away from their parents' religions and becoming part of what is now called the New Age. For these many millions of starseed this is indeed a right direction. But the New Age needs to re-discover God. It needs to begin to define God more absolutely. The URANTIA Book (the Fifth Epochal Revelation) gives a higher understanding of who and what God is. The URANTIA Book also gives more expanded information of who Jesus was, that He is a Creator Son of the order of Michael Sons. These are Paradise-origin divine beings created by the Trinity. Christianity sees Jesus Christ as the second person of the Trinity, but in fact, Jesus Christ Michael is one of 700,000 Creator Sons, each who have created their own universe. Creator Sons are divine and are Sons of God. Our local universe, created by Jesus Christ Michael, is called Nebadon.
         Why is this all important? Because it takes us away from the fundamental religious views of reality—be it Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, or Judaism—and brings us into a cosmic perspective. This is why here, at Aquarian Concepts Community, it is also called by Celestial Overcontrol the First Planetary Sacred Home. It is sacred because starseed and Urantians (new souls) alike have a close enough understanding of reality that we can work in harmony and advance the kingdom of God on Earth. We are also called Divine Administration, because with a higher understanding of God and reality we all can hear at a higher level the voice of God within us, and we can come under the authority of true God—mandated elders, leaders that we can trust. The evidence of what I am saying can be observed in the physical if anyone comes to visit Aquarian Concepts Community in Sedona and see what has been accomplished in the very short fifteen years of its existence.
It is possible for the billions of new souls to advance in their psychic circles or consciousness levels. In order for this to happen they must be willing to find their true spiritual leaders. They must be willing to turn away from antiquated religious dogmas and find the cosmic God. The starseed from other universes must be willing to do the same and then find their original cosmic families. Aquarian Concepts Community/Divine          Administration is set up as the First Planetary Sacred Home to call forth both starseed and new souls to begin to learn to do these things and more. It is set to make individuals servers of humanity, by themselves finding their true purpose to help them meet their destinies in life. For every beautiful truth, there is an opposite decoy. This duality in life has been so since the Lucifer Rebellion. All souls—new or old—must activate the Spirit of Truth within them in order to see through the dark void of false concepts. This is why the term Aquarian Concepts, because we are now going into the Aquarian Age, and the celestial keepers and guardians wish to bring all humanity on Earth into clarity.
         This can only be done with a relationship with God, not a fundamentalist born-again relationship—where you fall into fundamentalist dogma, no matter what religion you may be born again into—but a born-again religion in which you come into your cosmic mind and understand the cosmic God, the cosmic Christ Michael. Many understand Michael to be an archangel, but the truth of it is that there are hundreds of thousands of angels called Michael, all named after the one true Michael Son, the Creator of all Nebadon—Jesus Christ Michael. We should no longer be of the Christian faith, the Hebrew faith, the Islamic faith, the Buddhist faith, for we should only call ourselves ascending sons and daughters of God, for there is only one great faith, and that is: the Father-/Motherhood of God and the brother-/sisterhood of humankind.
