We are coming together
in The Palm of God’s Hand—
Unfolding frontier
of fields, furrows, domes, and dotted dwellings,
of hearts expanding, minds becoming saner.
We are reaching through God’s fingers
to the worn-out world,
praying as we work,
and bringing down a song.
And something big is happening!
Stardust falls.
Change vibrates in ever-growing circles
as particles align to darkness or to light.
Momentum gathers.
Slowly the sacred seed of parched millenniums
begins to sprout in hope;
the shining ones around us whisper wisdom;
divine pattern dances
as all the loyal beings hold their breath. . . .
For just below the glowing rim of earth
the new dawn rises
resplendent with the promise of the Son.
